Most of our programs involve marketing automation for our clients. Why? Because it works.
It’s not just an automatic “thank you” email you set up in MailChimp. It’s:
- Sending Katie an email letting her know of the shipment of her favorite sweater in new colors. You know it’s her favorite sweater because she purchase 3 of them over the last 2 months.
- Being able to tell Jimmy visited your website but spend 80% of his time on pages relating to wine and cooking classes so when he calls you know not to talk to him about camping gear.
- Understanding which of your contacts are more engaged based on their activity. Why does it matter? Sales can interact with prospects that are more interested (and more than likely in a better position to buy) instead of wasting time on those that aren’t.
Inbound marketing consists of tactics that 'attract' customers to you through content, social media, engagement, etc. Inbound offers valuable content prospects are looking for to help them solve a problem, bringing prospects (inbound) to you.
Think of outbound marketing as "calling out" to prospects - an interpretive tactic. This includes things like print mail and outbound call centers.
Program rates vary greatly depending on your needs, industry, goals, timeline and expectations. Instead of listing a rate sheet,
we first need to discuss your needs and then form a program customized for your specific business. Programs are built-to-budget, most of our plans start around 3,500/month.
Your cost would depend on your business and marketing needs along with the complexity of the business. There may also be implementation costs depending on your program and, to ensure the success of any program, we typically require our clients to complete a marketing roadmap as "phase I" prior to starting a marketing program.
There are many factors involved with ranking high on Google, including keywords, key phrases, your overall SEO strategy and effort you put toward that strategy. No one can tell you precisely how long it will take (and if they do claim they know, you may want to reconsider using them).
We're happy to discuss developing an SEO strategy with you, but in the meantime, we recommend you create consistent, meaningful content for your website. This is one part of any strategy that is imperative for increasing visibility in search engine results.
One of the main reasons most marketing efforts fail is because of a lack of planning and research. If your marketing efforts fail, we fail. And you lose a lot of money... you or your boss gets upset, you look bad and we look bad. It's all a mess.
We don't want that to happen. Think of it like building a house; we wouldn't want to have a contractor start building without first getting the architectural plans.
WordPress is an open source, content management software (CMS). More than 25% of websites today currently use WordPress. This platform allows us to develop flexible and customizable websites while still following best practices.
The amount of time it takes to complete a website depends on your web requirements. For instance, an e-commerce site can take much longer than a standard website that doesn't require financial transactions. We've been able to complete websites in as little as 2 weeks, but they can also take as long as 3 months.
Set up some time for a free 30-minute consult and we would be happy to give you an idea of how long it would take to complete a website for you.
Your website needs to be hosted by a reliable hosting company that specializes in WordPress hosting. There are many companies that do this but, we recommend WP Engine or Flywheel.
All of the websites we design are covered by 30 days of our Gold Site Care plan to make sure the bugs have been ironed out and that you are confident using your new website.
After the 30 days, we strongly encourage subscribing to one of our ongoing Site Care plans to make sure your website is looked after and maintained. These website care plans include updating your software, regular backups, security checks and helping to make sure your website is consistently online and open for business.
Before we build your website, we provide an interactive black and white version of your site designed to show the functionality and features as they will work in a browser. No design elements are applied at this stage as the prototype is just built to allow all parties to make final decisions on the functionality.
All our sites are covered under our Gold Site Care plan for 30 days after we hand over the keys. And since we'll know your website better than anyone, we encourage you to continue on one of our care plans.
If you are on one of our plans, we should be the first point of contact. We can then determine whether it's an issue with your hosting company or something that is covered under your care plan.
We like to be flexible and responsive to your needs; we also like to deliver what we promise within the planned timeframes and budgets. If your request helps achieve our planned objectives, then we will certainly oblige.
If this new feature is not directly tied to your original objectives, then we can add it to a "phase II" of the project so it doesn't impact your original launch date. This will more than likely require a new proposal.
We integrate Google Analytics on every website we launch so you can see how many visitors are coming to your site and get a greater understanding of who is visiting your site.
We will also show you how to log into your Google Analytics account where you can access your site data to find out how long people are on your site, which pages they visit, and where they're coming from (i.e., facebook, Google search, even your emails).
If you continue with one of our Site Care plans, you can receive monthly detailed reports about your website performance and recommendations on how to improve.
Our support team members are ALL here in the U.S.!
Our support hours are Monday through Friday, 7am-5pm ET. We do our best to complete support requests within 8 business hours but often can complete them much faster.
While we don't require a contract, all care plans require an online subscription with a credit card authorization for recurring, automatic monthly payments.
However, you may cancel your plan any time prior to your next billing cycle, but refunds are not granted for periods already in effect.
Absolutely. If your site is relatively up to date, it's a simple sign up and we'll cover it. However, if your site hasn't been updated in some time or doesn't currently run properly, we'll provide a quote to get it up and running before adding you to a Site Care plan.
Don't worry, if we estimate your request will take more than 30 minutes, we’ll let you know so you can take care of it in-house or address it however you prefer. Site Care members receive discounted rates on hourly service.
We add a Site Care dashboard right inside your WordPress site that you can access anytime and see all our recent WordPress core/plugin updates, daily backups including download links and the most recent security scan results.
We also provide options to exclude specific plugins from being included in our update process (so if you have something on your site you don't want anyone to mess with, we've got your back). More detailed, monthly reports are available upon request.
We make it super easy! For all your Site Care requests, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get right to work.
